Features of LGCY

Running on the Libertas Protocol, the network aims to be the most decentralized dApp blockchain in the world.

Speed

Supernova Mainnet handles 10,000 transactions per second at an average cost of 0,01$ per transaction.

Scalability

LGCY Network handles 10,000 Transactions Per Second (TPS) compared to Ethereum’s 15–20. They are far more user-friendly for the public who has grow accustomed to using applications with fast speed.

Governance

3 groups of Governing Branches (GBs). These will be known at the Executive, Judicial, and Legislative Branches. The Legislative will be responsible for proposing changes to the network, the Executive will be able to veto passed proposals by the Legislative, and the Judicial will rule on vetoed proposals.

USDL GAS Stablecoin

USDL is the gas token for LGCY Network. Instead of having bandwidth and energy, the LGCY Network will use USDL as gas. 1 USDL will be a credit for $1 worth of transaction/server fees. USDL is a stable coin. That means that for people who stake, or run nodes with LGCY tokens they will earn payouts in a safe, stable coin rather than in a volatile token.

Architecture

LGCY Network utilizes a 3-layer architecture which is separated into Storage Layer, Core Layer, and Application Layer. We adhere to Google Protocol Buffers which are language-neutral, platform-neutral, for structuring our data.

50 Billion lowered to 26 Billion. 33% of total supply are released for the team to keep the voting power and control over the network. These tokens will be burned to turn project over to the community and developers building on LGCY.

33% of tokens will be staked permanently to fuel sustainable ecosystem growth. providing the governing bodies with a perpetual fund supplying a revenue stream of USDL to support the future ecosystem development and project on-boarding forever.

Leadership

LGCY Network was founded in 2020 by Justin Wai’Au and Wes Wade. Team members are from all over the world, working remotely, or on contract basis for the project.
